The Donington Classic Motorcycle Festival is a three-day bonanza of Classic Bike racing re-creating the sounds, sights and atmosphere of the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s on both two wheels and three. There will be over forty races over the three day including the fourth rounds of the FIM Europe Classic Championship, rounds of both ACU Classic Championships as well as rounds of the Lansdowne Cup Series for pure single cylinder 500cc Classics and CRMC Club Championship races.
This is an event for any motorcycle enthusiast. There will be 500-600 machines in the paddock taking to the track in races and parades making it the biggest Classic Bike Racing Event in the country and attracting riders from all over Europe.
As well as the fierce competition between hundreds of racing machines, there will be Grand Prix bike displays and demonstrations on circuit, and the Vintage Japanese Motorcycle Club will also be out in force. Star guests will also be available for autographs and selfies, including fan’s favourite - Steve Parrish.

The Donington Classic Festival hosts the third round of the 2018 FIM Europe Vintage Road Race Championships. There are five Vintage classes for <1973 solo machines and two Forgotten Era classes for <1982 machines that will run concurrently with the CRMC races.
ACU Post Classic
The Post Classic Championship brings together an eclectic mix of bikes ranging from the 350cc TZ Yamaha to the 1260cc P&M Kawasakis and XR69 Suzukis. The winner of the ACU Post Classic race will receive the prestigious Wheatcroft Trophy, a name that will always be associated with Donington Park.
CRMC Championships
Apart from the ACU events, all races will count towards the 2018 CRMC Championships. In many of the classes it is close at the top of the leader board, but with ten rounds to go there is still all to play for.

The Vintage Japanese Motorcycle Club will be out in force with displays on the GP loop.

Steve Wheatman’s Suzuki RG500 will be on display on the GP loop and ridden by ex-Moto 3 rider, Danny Webb in the Grand Prix bike parades.
Bike Display - Norton SG7
The Norton ‘SG7’ race bike is derived from the V4 RR road bike and hand built at Norton’s Donington Hall factory. The bike was ridden at this year’s Isle of Man by Josh Brooks lapping at over 131mph in the Senior TT. Senior Motorcycle News Road tester Adam Child will be parading the bike on-track on Friday. Donington Park Farmhouse is located conveniently next to Donington Park Race Track and has direct pedestrian access to the pits and paddock entrance. Please note the farmhouse is not operated by Donington Park, so please visit their website for booking details https://parkfarmhouse.co.uk/caravan-site/
There is a designated disabled parking area available in the paddock, with no viewing. Please head towards the Paddock Entrance, where you will be directed to the dedicated spaces.
For our larger events, there is a dedicated wheelchair viewing area overlooking Coppice Corner. This can be accessed through the Coppice Entrance.
Both areas are provided free of charge for all blue badge holders, plus one carer. Any additional carers, friends or family must be in possession of a valid ticket.

All tickets are sent by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required. In the rare instance that your tickets have not arrived in time you will need to purchase them at the gate price and obtain a refund after the event by returning the gate ticket stubs and your original tickets to the ticket office at the address below:
