Convoy in the Park featuring British Truck Racing

The campsite opens at midday on Friday 19 August, and closes at midday on Monday 22 August.

The Outfield Campsite and Kidney Wood are accessed via the Donington Park Main Entrance, DE74 2BN which is located on Melbourne Road. On arrival to the Main Entrance, please follow the signs to the campsite, where you will be greeted by our Campsite Team, issues with a wristband and guided onto the campsite. 

Animals are not permitted anywhere on site at Donington Park, with the exception of Guide/Assistance dogs. Drones are also not permitted.

BBQ’s are permitted and must be raised off the ground. Open fires are not permitted.

The campsite will offer full facilities for the duration of its opening hours, including toilets, showers and drinking water standpipes, as well as a dedicated area for caravan waste.

The toilets and showers are cleaned throughout the weekend. Please help us by keeping them clean and tidy.

There are hot showers located on the campsite. Please be aware that the queues can be long at peak times.

General waste and recycling bins are located around the campsite, and bin bags are provided at the campsite entrance on check in.

Our restaurant and bar; Garage 39, located in the paddock will be open throughout the weekend serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

For those requiring electricity, you can upgrade your camping experience to include electricity for an additional £30. This must be booked in advance.

Any evening entertainment will be confirmed nearer the time.

We work extremely hard to keep our site secure. We have a team of security guards patrolling our campsite 24 hours a day, in addition to our other campsite staff including fire and medical teams. Nevertheless, thieves have been known to operate in the area, so we highly recommend keeping your valuables safe at all times, either by locking them in your car, or keeping them on your person.

Please keep noise to a minimum after 23:00 in the campsite. This includes the use of generators wherever possible, particularly if they are portable external units. Any campers that persist in making excessive noise after these times may be evicted from the campsite without refund of ticket fees, or even banned from the venue permanently in extreme cases.

Road-registered vehicles are permitted within the campsites, but scooters and mini-motos are not permitted. Please be considerate of others and keep vehicle movement to a minimum. Sleeping in vans is not advised.

Campers under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an appropriate adult.

Strictly no animals are allowed on site at any time, however Guide/Assistance dogs are permitted when pre-arranged with the venue.

Fires are not permitted in the campsite (no wood burning). Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground. Please dispose of coals and single use barbecues (once cool) in the metal bins provided.

Never leave a hot stove or barbeque unattended. Keep roadways and fire lanes clear at all times. Store fuel and generators away from ignition sources. Fire extinguishers are located at various fire points around the campsite. Use only in an emergency and raise the alarm immediately.

All pitches using BBQ’s or any cooking equipment should have their own suitable fire extinguisher. These can be checked by our fire officer should you need advice. 

The campsite speed limit is 5mph. Only drive if strictly necessary and watch for children. 

Secure tents and gazebos carefully - always prepare for high winds!

Never use a portable barbeque or gas burner inside a tent, awning or enclosed space (for cooking, or heating when cold). A cooling barbeque can also give off poisonous gas.

Never run a generator inside a tent, awning or confined space. Consider purchasing a Carbon Monoxide alarm and use it inside your caravan or motor home if running an installed gas appliance.

Always check your gas cylinder for damage before using. Maintain good ventilation when using portable gas (remember to use it outside only).

Never smoke near any gas cylinder and keep all ignition sources away.

For everyone's safety and enjoyment, the following are prohibited from our campsite:

• Fireworks
• Firewood
• Chinese lanterns
• Scooters/mini-motos/any vehicle not registered for the road
• Drones
• Lasers
• Offensive weapons
• Restricted and illegal substances

Any such items will be confiscated by the campsite security team, and in extreme cases ignoring the prohibited item list will result in being ejected from the campsite and event without refund.

There is a designated disabled parking area available in the paddock, with no viewing. Please head towards the Paddock Entrance, where you will be directed to the dedicated spaces. 

For our larger events, there is a dedicated wheelchair viewing area overlooking Coppice Corner. This can be accessed through the Coppice Entrance. 

Both areas are provided free of charge for all blue badge holders, plus one carer. Any additional carers, friends or family must be in possession of a valid ticket.

No, it won’t be possible to turn up on the day and gain entry to the event with a truck due to the motor racing circuit restrictions. You may be able to turn up on the Friday afternoon/evening, but spaces for the truck show parking are limited and we can’t guarantee you a place at this stage. Keep checking the website and our social media channels.

Visitors aged 65 or over are entitled to a discount per day. Please see the price table above for details.

Yes you can. Please ensure you scan your ticket when leaving the venue. You can only re-enter the venue if your ticket is valid for that day.

Yes, but we ask you to all arrive at the gate at the same time as we can’t reserve areas for your friends to join you later. If you arrive early and want to be with your friends, we ask that you wait in the parking area for the rest of the them and then come in together.

Yes, a large on-site trailer parking area will be available. Note: all unaccompanied trailers and loads will be left at the owner’s risk.

Yes, if you bring a truck for the truck show you can bring a support vehicle and tent. There will be space to pitch it behind your truck in the Truck Village area. Please remember that everyone attending will need a ticket.

Yes there will be racing action on both the Saturday and the Sunday, a timetable will be displayed on our website closer to the event date.

You are welcome to bring cameras to the event and take photographs, but for personal use only.

Yes, there are 25 classes you can enter. One category is included with your show entry ticket then any additional categories are £10 a go. You can make those selections when you book in at the show.

If you have a special trailer that compliments your tractor unit, a limited amount of space will be available. Please contact the show truck organisers by email: info:@trucksportuk.com

Yes, we plan to outsource a “pay as you go” truck wash facility, full details will be available soon.

To assist with drivers’ hours weekend break regulations, it will be allowed for you to stay on-site until the Monday morning. Please note the food and beverage facilities may not be available after the event finishes!

The paddock is open for this event, but please note there will be heavy vehicle movement so please be cautious and ensure children are supervised at all times. Pit areas are only accessible by authorised personnel.

There isn't any racing on this section of the track, it is used for access only.

Parking is free of charge for all public car parks, except for Starkeys at larger events.

Yes, you can buy tickets on the gate at all our race meetings, by cash or card payment.

All tickets are sent by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required. In the rare instance that your tickets have not arrived in time you will need to purchase them at the gate price and obtain a refund after the event by returning the gate ticket stubs and your original tickets to the ticket office at the address below:

The ticketholder shall only be entitled to a refund or exchange (at MSV's election) if an event is cancelled in its entirety prior to its commencement for reasons that are within our reasonable control. Event tickets may not be sold, resold, donated, transferred or in any way disposed of without prior written permission from MSV.

You can find a list of eligible Grade D events by clicking here. Unfortunately these cannot be exchanged or used as part payment towards any other higher grade meeting.
